WOW, Dennis, some colorful knives there!:thumbup:

You'd have an awefully hard time loosing that eggs and hot sause one in the woods. Or anywhere for that matter. The copper snake is a nice blend of color as well.

:thumbup::thumbup:

That's one dazzling display of old-timey *bling!* you have there, Dennis. :thumbup:

I like the looks of some of the patterns. How does acrylic hold to everyday use? Does it scratch or crack?

That Tortoise gets my vote. Any chance of some more shots of it please?
Nice range.

Cool.:thumbup: I've always been partial to the Tortoise Shell.:) Very nice and very colorful.

Some of the acrylic types such as Percrylic supposedly contain moisture and are subject to shrinkage and cracking. Orange Crush is one. I don't have the details but Mike Latham (knife swapper) at Collector Knives has the details I think.

Very nice collection. I like the St. Paddy's Day Trapper, if I've got that right (Top row, 2nd from right). I have a couple acrylics you don't, hope it's okay to show them off.

Watersnake Cuban...

willgoy i will shoot the pics now & post later. JohnnyR i thought on the watersnake awhile , trouble with site photos is you wonder what you're getting. i wo'nt send a knife back just because it was'nt what i thought. got a dark green mdl 23 in 440c that looked like a rubber truck tire painted green . bone jigging was so bad i thought it had been rehandled by a wineo. i could'nt send it back because it had no defect except being ugly as a wart on a blondes nose.made a test knife out of it, maybe i can trade it to my brother for mudder use.[knife used to dig mud out of your boots]. all in all my great easterns are truly art forms.

hope you guys are'nt getting bored with my pics but i could'nt go fishing.

No way Dennis. You should know we never get tired of knife pics around here. I especially like that copper melt lockback. GEC really does a nice job with their acrylics. If it's not going to be yeller, man made scales should be interesting and attractive and they've definitely accomplished that.

I like the acrylics, it gives you the color of celluloid with out the worry.

Dead Skunk... That cracked me up :D

I love the dead skunk pattern concept also. Thought I'd get away from the knife on the picnic table shot. The dead skunk in my photo is really a clone of my dog's chest fur.
