GEC patterns I'd love to see in 2015

I have to agree on more stainless. I have a 66 stockman that is a great knife but doesn't get carried often. I also agree on a smaller stockman. Combine the two and I wouldn't even think twice.

That was the Forum Knife of 2013. It was a Congress Jack and is a great knife, indeed!

So Paul is right, when there should be a production run of this pattern.

 - a congress jack would be sweet.

It's incomprehensible that given GEC has all the tooling for the 13 pattern that it hasn't opted to offer other variants of it???

How about Peach-seed or Winterbottom Bone versions? Smooth Calico?? Anybody:D

A new run of #85 EO with a matchstrike long pull (been a long time since we've seen this on any GEC offering I'm aware of).

The only matchstrike pulls I'm aware of were on single blade #23 and #73 knives, these two in primitive bone.
BTW, these are also sensibly placed BELOW the swedge, so there is a good, deep purchase for the thumbnail.

13 pattern? Never heard of it.

133213 is what's stamped on the tang of my BF Knife from 2013.

Jeff My SFO 85 liner-lock sports Longpull Matchstrike behind the short swedge. Can't post any pix today as Photobucket seems to be AWOL...

Ah! Thanks for showing that one SH very fine, mine too, great knife!

Thanks, Will

I'd like to see a version of the #82 Dixie Stockman in a 3 5/8" length.

Just throwing it in there, the knives GEC made as an SFO for a retailer under the "Bradford Cutlery" brand have match strike long pulls. I have a #23 and #73 that both have it, and I believe the #36 (not sure if it's a #36 or whaler) also had it.

I want to see a Scout knife built on the #53 or the #54 frame.
Spear point, caplifter/screwdriver, can opener, awl.

I'd like it without a bail, but that's not a deal-breaker for me.

This is what I would like to see.
