GEC Pemberton: 1 blade or 2?

Ended up with the single bladed ebony. I love the black olive too but cant get past the bigger shield on the smaller knife. I wanted this to fit nicely into my slacks so figured one blade would fit this best. As this will mostly be used in an office setting, I dont see a secondary blade really necessary. Even though I was not the OP, I gained a lot of valuable info in this thread. Good stuff.

When I buy I really don't care how many blades it has because if I like it I get it and they all go into one of my Safes anyway ~~ so it really does not matter whether it is a one or two blade to me.!** I collect = not carry.* Wear an old Gerber Belt Buckle Knife and in my pocket a Spy. Del. ZDP189 and every once in awhile an old used Barlow that I really like.*

Such a great little knife. Loving the ebony on this. Even though its clearly a small knife, it feels great in the hand and of course in the pocket.

For size comparison

So I absolutely love my pemberton but 1 small issue. The knife is not perfectly centered when closed. The blade is so small and light that I can just push it over and it stays put for a little while but at the end of the day, it will still be a little off. Is this something that would work itself out over time and straighten out? Is there an easy solution? I really do not want to send it to GEC or anything as the knife is perfect otherwise and it is only cosmetic since the blade does not rub. It is such a small knife it doesnt bother me too much but just seeing if there was an easy fix. Thanks

I'm not really a big fan of the pemberton, as I like the shape of the Case Peanut more, but that brown wood looks nice on the knife.

So long as the blade doesn't rub the liner, I'd not be concerned.

Not really concerned but was wondering if there was a quick/easy fix. I find after leaving it open for a while then closing it, it becomes centered when closed. Maybe I'll just let it sit open for a few days
