I know this makers reputation is already well established, but i think he deserves a fresh plug.
I contacted gene over 3 years ago for a custom wharncliffe, he said no problem but its gona be december 2010 before you get it.
Didnt ask for any money down, just a promise that december 2010 my knife would be ready.
3 and a half years later december 1st 2010 i get an e-mail, "hey Andrew, that custom wharnie you ordered will be ready by the end of the week... shipping upon payment" And there it was in the mail a week after the payment was sent in perfect order.
