Hey all, been lurking a lot recently but for (what I think is a) good reason. I've been taking a serious look at what It would take to start grinding my own knives and as a by-product, produced a few designs that I think have potential. If anybody's bored and feels like helping a fellow Beckerhead out with some critique Ill PM some sketches to anybody who's interested. I'd make a thread in an appropriate forum but I'd rather keep them on the down low, looking out for self interest and all that jazz.

Good for you. Let me know if I can offer any help. Always glad to help anybody that wishes to take on knifemaking/design. I'm not much, but willing to help anyway.

Thanks I really appreciate it, Ill probably get around to filing out a blade or two this summer but for now I'm still scheming and dreaming . I'll probably have some more intelligent questions when I actually start working on something (been reading a lot of the threads in the knifemaker's section) but I can send you some designs now If your willing to take a look at them, you'll probably find some things to troubleshoot that I didn't even think of.

Hey I can't find the zombie green version on amazon, could you guys help me out?

I'm torn I like the color of the Kharon, the durability of the Rat 1, and I like the Dozier. Warthog is an inexpensive one.
So out of those four whats your recommendation.
