UPDATE: finally got a Prather War Bowie on the way! Finally found one at a reasonable price ($170). Took around 9 months, but it’ll be worth it. Looking for another “Jack of all trades” knife to accompany my SYKCO DB421 that is my designated camp knife as of now. Been wanting this knife for awhile. Will update thread with pics once knife is received in hand.

Thanks! It’s been on my short list for a year now. I found one on a certain auction site that I couldn’t say no to. I got rid of my Beckers because they were not seeing enough use. 1095 is one of my favorite steels along with D3V and INFI. I’ve heard Tops has one of the best 1095 heat treats in the business. I’ve only experienced their 1075 (operator 7), amazing knife but a little too thick for me (.31 spine). Also was not a huge fan of the recurve on the operator 7.
