Gents and Pens!!!

A modest collection.

I think this fits here, may be somewhat of an outlier. Northfield 661225 in Ebony.

This may be the other outlier. I believe case called this a "half stockman" rather than a pen blade but it seems to fit the bill.

I know little about this one outside it's Schneider marking. At one point it had a secondary blade but it was broken off somewhere in its past before making it's way to me.

Kabar 1047, some info I find calls it a trapper, others a pen blade. I tend to agree with the latter. To me a trapper is the case style pattern.

Another I know little about, tang stamp is "stainless cutlery co, new york city". Great build and snap on this one. Coined liners though they e been worn down a fair bit. I really enjoy this one.

Boker USA half Congress, sort of blends in to the pen blade collection. This is probably my other favorite of the bunch. Like the bone and action on this one, it has half stops.

I think your 66 pattern is more rightly referred to as a double-end Jack!! Its size moves it out of the penknife category!! (But there are some justifications for all naming opinions!!) Ever since Bernie Levine wrote his books, I've tried to stick to his reasonable classifications!!

Yes the size was what put it in the outlier group for me to question it. I wasn't sure where definitions fell. I'll have to take a look and see if I can find some of those books. I always appreciate the feedback!
