also both Chinese made imports for box stores. Also got iceman and trekker xlt by buck
The reason for me not buying no more buck knives is because the rust faster than Gerbers and that they don’t have as many blade designs like Gerber has. Gerber winner….buck is behind by a good margin.also both Chinese made imports for box stores.
My name is the truth that I found out after carrying both brands for a long time. The reason for me not buying no more buck knives is because the rust faster than Gerbers and that they don’t have as many blade designs like Gerber has. Gerber winner….buck is behind by a good margin.
Nice Gerber Paraframe l!

.......what steels ?Well I have carried both and my bucks always gets rust on them and I have never found rust on my Gerbers. Buck rust more than Gerber does. Also Gerber has way more designs.
Oh andCRKEVERYTHING>Gerber![]()
Not think, I know that buck rust faster than Gerber, I have EXPERIENCED IT carrying both of them for a long timeRound, round we go.....
We get it - you think Buck rusts faster than Gerber, so you have written-off Buck because of your unscientific personal evaluation criteria (rust) of what makes a good knife.
"Gerber winner". Two more words that should never be used in the same sentence.![]()
All you really know, if we take your word for it, is that some cheap Chinese Bucks rust faster than some cheap Chinese Gerbers. From that you cannot make the claim that all Bucks will rust faster than all Gerbers. Not think, I know that buck rust faster than Gerber, I have EXPERIENCED IT carrying both of them for a long time

What blade steel? If it was 420HC you’re a bald faced liar. Gerber sells Chinese made junk and their USA made stuff looks wonky. I haven’t thought of Gerber as a quality knife company since the late 80s - early 90s.Not think, I know that buck rust faster than Gerber, I have EXPERIENCED IT carrying both of them for a long time
No you don't want any of that, it's a bad trip. What blade steel? If it was 420HC you’re a bald faced liar. Gerber sells Chinese made junk and their USA made stuff looks wonky. I haven’t thought of Gerber as a quality knife company since the late 80s - early 90s.
Whatever you’re smokin’ on, I think I need some.
That sherm most likely. No you don't want any of that, it's a bad trip.
Fine, you are right about some things, there are many other buck knives out there that probably don’t rust easily like some other buck knives but I have carried Gerber knives for so many years and not one got rust on it!All you really know, if we take your word for it, is that some cheap Chinese Bucks rust faster than some cheap Chinese Gerbers. I’m also not saying I hate all bucks, some bucks are okay, It’s just that no Gerber knife has ever failed me.Fine, you are right about some things, there are many other buck knives out there that probably don’t rust easily like some other buck knives but I have carried Gerber knives for so many years and not one got rust on it!
