Gerber LMF or BMF to trade for A Bark River

SOLD BMF:Hi! New guy here and my first post. I have two Gerber knives I only wish to trade one or the other. I'd like a Bark River St3s or a Gunny. Maybe some type of Bowie. What BR do you have? Both Gerbers have been used and sharpened and have the original sheaths. I'd say they were bought by me in about 1982- 1984 time frame. The Bmf does not have the saw back edge. The lmf has the saw feature. Talk to me. Also how does a trade go down? I mean I ship you look then you ship? Both ship at the same time? Kinda scary for a newb. to trust I ain't gettin ripped off. Also am I in the ball park with this trade request or is it way lopsided? I don't really know exactly what they are worth. Opinions welcome Someone give a run down-that would be cool. The way a trade works is: a member that has no feedback, like yourself, ships their item(s) first and when the 2nd party receives the trade he or she will send you their part of the trade. I suggest that you ensure all items and have a tracking number with priority mail. It is a little unnerving at first but thats how the trades go.
