I have a old Gerber emerson auto, and the spring broke its like a 5 dollar part. Thats ALL THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT! So i sent it in along with a note...... I got my mail today and in it was a BRAND NEW KNIFE and MY old one! WOW :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::D:D Great CS with this company.

Same here, years ago. I broke the tip off of my bolt action utility folder trying to pry open an oyster, I explained to them how I broke it and they sent me a brand new one!
 
I realy dont think i should have gotten a brand new knife i dont feel as if its right, after all its a 5 min job and a 5 dollar part to fix a part that does were out over time, But hey i got a new knife so thats great. :thumbup:
