They will return it. They ask if it has sentimental value. They did put a big X on it so you can't re-warranty it. LoL!Nice report. I haven't had to use Gerber warranty service but good to know that not only did they send you a new one, they separately returned you your old one. Very nice.
Great customer service. I will buy Gerber again because of the way I was treated.
