Get a R.A.M.....

The first time i ever heard of this knife was a month or 2 ago when i got into collecting kershaws. Another forum member, when i was asking which were must haves, simply said 'Hey Steve, get a R.A.M.' and to whomever said that (i apologize for my short memory) thank you. i got my first R.A.M. today, and this knife is just sick, from the blade grind, to the fit in the hand, to the G10, and the Hawk Lock, simply amazing, so to anyone else out there who is questioning knives i will simply say this, get a R.A.M. and i will post pics once my JYD and new blur get in
 
I love the R.A.M.! I stupidly gave mine to my dad as a birthday present last year and I've regretted it ever since. It's the one knife I regret parting with and I plan on replacing it. My dad says I will get that one back someday but i hate thinking like that lol. I would put the smoothness of the pivot on par with my Paramilitary 2 it's that smooth. :)

how am i the only one who doesnt care for the looks of this knife? the mudd looks sweet, but i dont like the ram..... what makes it so special anyways
 
The lock is very strong and sealed inside the knife so its a very abuse friendly knife... The MUDD is fully sealed so you can use it in anything and nothing will get inside it.
 
my buddy has three of them, or maybe four, but im just not that into it... i think its the look of it. Maybe if it was a tougher steel or a CB knife id be ok with it
 
Congratulations smart move. For me it is not the looks but the uniqueness of it. Feels great in the hand in several different positions and lock is just cool. The flipping action is way fun, love the sound locking up much different than any other knife.

I usually recommend the Groove second. Not quite as cool but has such a nice feel to it.

Get em while you can folks.
 
The RAM is one of the best flippers out there.

The Hawk Lock makes it actually flip better than the Tilt. A Hawk Lock knife with the equivalent of KVT is even better.

If you can't flip a RAM, give up and get an automatic already. :D
 
Better then a Tilt! I can't believe it! the TILT opens faster then any knife I've ever seen or owned.

It has its quirks, but it grows on you. The blade action is very good and it feels good in the hand.
