A great day today doing the Outlaw Cut with "one-one-one" coaching during the run from the Champion Dan Keffler! (He provided this for all the participants if they wanted it.

The knife show following the competition was awesome with some really fine one-offs available and that were picked randomly via Rock/Paper/Scissors shootouts.
The end of the day was topped off with some outstanding grilled filet-mignon prepared by Chef Nathan!
