I ordered some accessories for my Sig P226 from these folks on the 18th of August. Everything was in stock. I ordered some Meprosites, a Mec-Gar Magazine and som snap caps. When you call them, for anything, you have to leave a message. There is no other option. When you email them, you don't get a confirmation email like so many places do.
So, after about 3-4 days, I logged in to check the status on my account. It showed still processing. So, I left a total of 4 messages over 3-4 days and email as many times as well. My last email I said I would be cancelling the order if no reply is given.
This finally prompted a reply on the 27th telling me the package just shipped and it is to late to cancel. I was told that if I was in a hurry for the package I could have paid for 2nd day. The shipping as it was for a 3lb box was $13.00 and felt at this time the "Customer Service Manager" was just being rude.
Now, I just wanted to post this cuz they also sell knives, camping gear and gun supplies. They have decent prices but poor customer service. I know I won' t be doing business with them again. Just thought I would warn the members here as well.
