Giedymins big knives

I have looked at all of your knives and I must tell you they look fantastic. I started on page 1 and couldn't stop until the last page. Very nice work, thank you for posting/sharing your work here. Walter

Thank you Camber. I really like that one and probably make another one just like that for myself in the future.
;)

Really like that red cord wrapped! VERY NICE!

I am proud to say that the blade in the last three pictures is right here next to me. And let me just say that it is every bit as jaw dropping in hand!! Fit and finish, impeccable and that blade!!! O my god that blade!!! Thanks again Giedymin!!

Thank you guys. I'm glad to know that you are happy with the knife.
I use one stacked leather handle knife i made years ago and though leather is not so hard and resiliant like other materials it is in my opinion one of the best, cause of the comfort of holding, safe grip etc. Unfortunately it is labor consuming and though i try to catch up with the orders i only can make few knives like that during the year.

Best regards
Giedymin

I just finished new knife.
Medieval inspired handle.
Hope to make more knives this style in the future. For a long time now i love medieval swords etc but recently i found work of Maciej Kopciuch polish swordsmith (you can find his amazing blades on FB)
] and it was so stunning that it inspired me to make this knife.
Obviously its not a Reconstruction of any weapon from dark ages but a hybrid of some kind.
12inches of blade. doube edged 1065 steel.

This is awesome! Please, can you find the time to do a tutorial/how to, for this style handle?

Thanks,
