Yes, I do belong to Mutt. But I might give someone a little peck if they can answer my knife question. :p

Goodapples,

As you can tell, women don't come around here much. And obviously, women don't come around a lot of the folks in this forum much in real life either. ;) :D

If you haven't done so already, try the Buck Knives Forum under the Manufacturers sections, I'm sure they can help you.

Best,

~Brian.

Brian...Ms goodapples has posted in the Buck Knives Forum. Been trying to help her but just seem to be running into a brick wall and her admirers! :D

I'm betting that these fine, manly gentlemen have LOTS of women swarming around them. ;)

Still waiting.....Email me a picture of the knife and I will post it here for you. Helps to evaluate the condition of the knife as well as any special markings, etc.

Dear Ms. Goodapples:

First, I know nothing about the Buck Knife you are seeking information about. I apologize. Am unable to help you here.

Secondly, it is clear reading this thread that no one else knows anything about that particular Buck...however they certainly have kept the thread going (thanks to my pal the Mutt).

Finally, there are no swarms of anything or anyone overwhelming me here in Baghdad other than a fair number of angry Bad Guys...who don't know anything about Buck Knives either.

In conclusion, me and my Iraqi kat (Rabob) would enjoy seeing who Ms. Goodapples is via a picture - the kat has bet me a six-pack we can pull this off if we ask real nice.

Theres a guy at work who goes on some sort of singles forum. He's a "lesbian travel agent" looking to add a male to the mix.

The guys line up to talk to him(which they think is her),and he's got plenty of photos to send if they want. :D . Great great fun,we laugh and laugh.

I don't know anything about the knife in question.
I would still like to see your picture. Could you be so nice and let me and others see it, because I'm asking nicely?

You guys can all assume goodapples is a man... In fact, I want you guys to think that.

Hehe, then I have her all to myself...LOL

goodapples,

I am unsure if your knife question has been answered satisfactorily, but I will offer a suggestion anyway. The Buck 191 is a skinning knife with a gut hook. The 2002 Pro-Gold was, I believe, a limited edition of collector knives for the year 2002. If your knife resembles this knife (see picture), and if it is in good condition, then it is probably worth at least the base price of $106 for that particular knife.

Good heavens, Kasik! Are you really in Baghdad? I though that alcohol was not permitted there?

This is exactly what the knife looks like, except that the blade is gold. Thanks for posting the picture.

There is an old saying here on the forums Goodapples. "One good pic deserves another" ;) You DO support our boys in IRAQ do you not?
