I really like those designs. I'd have to say the pocket kwaiken is my favorite, but the swayback boxcutter is also very interesting.
I think jigged micarta would be an awesome idea that would go along with the mix of traditional and modern aspects of the design. Jigged micarta, maybe of the ivory linen or maroon or natural canvas varieties, would be best.

I think the blue kirinite with yellow swirls (don't remember the actual name) would look great. It's also the colors of my school.
GITD g10 might be cool, being that they're pocket knives. Give them that extra pinache.
Carbon fiber looks great on little fixed blades, in my opinion.
