Just thought I would mention that I, as an owner of a retail store, really appreciate the input we receive from customers like those in the other thread.
Even though we generally like to hear it before our mistakes become public <g>, it is vitally important to our business to hear all of your comments (good, bad and ulgy). We also like to hear suggestions for future products, ways to handle problems, and anything else that you think we should be doing for you.
