So I wanted to do a giveaway, I wanted to do something that I think everyone would like. So here it is:

Rules; we need rules:

1. You have to be a Beckerhead!!
2. Post a pic of some piece of gear that you made. It doesn't have to be knife related (it can be), but it does have to be survivaly. (ie; Hammock, stove, tent, something that you use and pack with you on hikes and camping.) I don't want to see something like a Altoids tin fishing kit or other such things like that.
3. Can not be something from any of Ethan's challenges. We've already seen those, but it can be something that you have posted elsewhere.
4. Chatting is allowed. If you see something cool that someone else made and you want to know more about it; ask!
5. More pictures the better.

Judging;

Judging will be done by an impartial third party.

Contest ends in a couple weeks. Lets say Saturday April 9th at 11:59 PM. Entries posted after that will not count. Winner is responsible for getting me their shipping info, and I will try to send it out on Monday the 11th.

This is really just my way of saying thank you for being an awesome forum, and the best sub-forum on BF. Also the reason for posting something that you've made is because I love to make things. I'm constantly working on something, and I want to see what cool things yous guys have made.

Heck yeah - I'm in. Here are a couple of thingies I've made. This is an ugly though functional hobo stove. It's accounted for a fair bit of tea and so forth...

... and a sling that is certainly ugly and potentially functional. It's entirely possible that the sling is perfect but the slinger is faulty or the other way round or both. Not sure, to be honest.

Beckerhead #42

Hey man, thanks for the giveaway, this is always such a kind and generous thing to do. Sadly, I am neither a Beckerhead (yet) nor do I own a BK2, so good luck to everyone.

take care

Here is a bushcrafter I made from a crosscut saw that belonged to my grandfather, with a spalted cherry board from my dad's shop for a handle. I gave it to my son while we were on a camping trip for his 30th birthday.

After reviewing your request we have decided to decline it. ;)

You need to play by the rules also. :D

That is cool though. I tried making an igloo when I was 13 or 14 and it didn't work out so good.

don't be sassing the mods ;)

i'll go back and edit the entries and lock the thread. it'll be epic :) you can send me the prizes now :) j/k

yeah, so the igloo kit is designed to be taken out, and i have pictures. maybe i have better pictures. like the 4 foot tall figure four trap :) hah.

#22 is in.

That bottom one is a BHK MUK. I bought that one. I made the wooden one for a martial arts traiing knife. Then I made the metal one as a better martial arts training knife.
It's 12'' miter saw blade with big leaf maple scales and hollow copper pins.

I know it's not the coolest sheath out there but it's a chance to win a free custom sheath for your BK2. I know more that just 5 Beckerheads make their own gear.

I'm going to enter my hammock as soon as its finished, and possibly my stove. That sheath is definately cool.

Well being somewhat of a drunk I need beer to survive and I always take beer with me when hiking, camping, and working on wilderness skills.

So here are some photos of me makes beer!!!
