Glennbad is a baaaad man

I sent the Glennbad an old Imperial Barlow recently to have the covers replaced on it, while he had it in his possession I caught a wild hair and decided to get him to rework a TL-29 for good measure, since I haven't bought a new knife in while (a month and a half according to She Who Must be Obeyed), I had saw some of Glen's work on here and saw he is an awesome craftsman so I told him to do the best he could with the poor Imperial, as for the TL-29 I asked for him to make it an easy open and to do a wharnie conversion on the screwdriver blade, those were the only instructions I gave him, and left the rest in his very capable hands (at one time he did ask me if I wanted a shield on the TL-29 and I threw it back on him, whatever he thought was best) What i got back is nothing short of amazing, he did such a fantastic job that when I opened the package I couldn't get my jaw off the floor. he did the Barlow in a beautiful jigged bone and the TL-29 in a beautiful ebony. I wish my photography skills were up to Glens work, hopefully Glen will be along with pictures soon, I will get some substandard pictures tomorrow after work, it has gotten dark here in Bat Country and I am just getting off a 24 hour shift (yay "Fireman" shifts) I posted this to let everyone know that if they have any doubt of Glennbad's work to have no doubt, the man is amazing.

With my lack of pictures basically making this thread worthless please feel free to post pictures of any knives Glennbad has done for you
Haha, no kidding! Glennbad’s work is dangerously good — every time he posts something new, my wishlist gets longer. That man is a menace to my wallet! 😂🔥

Gorgeous Work - Awesome Stag, Steve what was the handle material on this one when new my friend?

Oh my Lordy.... THAT is something else! Perfect and beautiful!

This does look good Tim, and nice job Glenn, Tim do you have a before pic?
Thank you. Sorry - can't seem to find a pic.

Glenn! EVERYTHING you have done on this knife is outstanding! I love this work, that stamp is awesome, I wish there was a way- as in possibly laser etc that you could mark the knives you enhance- I do mean the word enhance, every knife you have done for me is just magic and I would be happy with your mark on there.
Obviously the money comes into it, but having that very cool stamp, as well as a Laser that could be used on a unstamped tang?
Have you considered using that GT stamp on the liners when you do such work Glenn - using Tom Krein as an example where he marks every knife.

This is awesome work! Thank you for sharing , I always sit up a little when I see a new addition to this Thread.
It was very difficult to get any picture of it. And I don't know how common this is. But mine came back last year with a GT24 stamp in the liners.

And, as always, simply beautiful work!

Just finished this one...a Schrade+ 175...had some average looking stag that ended up working out okay on it. It's ready to go back to work now...

Well, here is another spectacular example of Glenn’s craftsmanship!

I sent him an 88 Sowbelly with acrylic handles and a well used 93 Ramsfoot in micarta. I asked Glenn to make the 88 a single blade using the clip, replacing the acrylic with stag and a traditional corset shield. I then asked him to put the Lambsfoot blade into the 93 frame, flute the bezel, and replace the micarta with stag. It was a very interesting project. Glenn had to work some magic to have the 88 Lambsfoot blade work with the 93 frame, but he accomplished everything in spectacular fashion. The stag is high quality. This is the Sowbelly everyone wishes GEC had made. And the Lambsfoot works so well with stag. Glenn chose the perfect type of stag for each pattern.

I suggested to Glenn that he should start somehow placing his mark on the knives he has worked on. They are that good.

Thank you Glenn, glennbad glennbad
