Me like Dadpool. Blowing me away too. Gotta write these good ones down that appeal to me. Likin that orange especially.

you need to stop showing off such expensive stuff. please. for the love of my children's secondary education and my retirement.

please.

😅😎
It's the distillation of years of knife collecting down into a dozen or so knives. My collection now is about 10-15% the size it was a year ago. It's been liberating, and it's given me room to move the average price upwards.

Dadpool Dadpool showing of his orange-scaled Bowie got me looking at my XM24, which I must have already posted here back in the day, and I dug out a file photo just for the helluvit.

I bought this about 5 years ago off the Exchange with a coyote brown MEFP scale installed and the original orange included. First thing I did was to re-install the original and sell the Frag scale. I like a lot of RHK's G10 and, along with the semi-tranluscent red, their orange is a real favorite. After a while and a fair amount of back and forth, it went off to Josh to grind away the original Spanto blade leaving me with this gorgeous 600 grit large radius hollow grind. I think I should carry it this weekend.

On another note, I picked up another good-sized knife a couple weeks back--this Cheburkov Frieze that came directly from Alex's workshop. It's his Knurled Titanium model with 4.25" of M390 and generously milled out handle slabs keeping the weight down to a quite reasonable 4.625 oz. I've only made a few incidental cuts with this one so far, but I expect it'll be quite the slicer with it's FFG, eighth-inch blade stock that measures .3mm BTE (0.0118") using my Shiro hedgehog tool..

Big folder?
The biggest "modern folder" I own is probably a Spyderco military (though some would argue the ZT0200 is bigger, despite the Millie's length)...but I've got a couple of 20 yr old Case folders that are bigger

It's been quiet for quite some time over here, but here's something new to me that should provide a hefty bump, as in 8+ ounces and 4+ inches of hand- and pocket-filling cutlery.
