Just a thought, but how about actually presenting your side rather than being confrontational and dropping a bunch of obscenities toward the man whose job it is to make judgments when (or if) he gets both sides?

Just pay the man for his knife or return the knife you decide, but do it quickly. Let's get a couple things straight, You are the one that ignored emails, You are the one that failed to complete their end of the bargain, you are the one that decided to get your undies in a wad. Don't try and make this about anything other than your own lack of follow through and personal responsibility. You want me to somehow assume the responsibility for your inaction? Give me a break. If you mailed out the money order, then prove it. You don't like infractions? Then read and follow the posted rules. Your name can be removed when the seller receives his money, but if you insist on being a "tough guy" it stays where it is.

Sounds like someone is being evasive and not forthcoming. Why else would you get so mad and defensive so fast.

On an unrelated sidenote. I wish we still cut off people's hands for stealing. Make you think twice before being a lowlife.
 
All I can say is that Spyderco Lover is an awesome guy to deal with. I can almost say with certainty that he has not been pushy about this situation. He waited very patiently for 5 extra days, while a knife that i had shipped him just vanished from the postal service. It finally showed up to him, and he was VERY understanding and a pleasure to do business with.

On a related side note, don't be so quick to wish a lost limb on someone. It is not a casual or minor or reversible decision.
