Hey all,
I have a carried but in great shape GEC 25. 1095, ebony wood with an EO notch done by forum member Glenbad prior to my owning it.
It has been carried and has some slight tarnishing of the bolsters and a tiny spot or two on the blade. I passed it over my medium sharpmaker stones at 40 dps. It's sharper than it came but not shaving.
There is ZERO play and it snaps shut with serious authority. Spring is flush open and closed but sits indented at the half stop.
I have the tube and paper.
Want to trade for either a GEC two bladed congress or maverick. Users are ok as long as they're in good shape. I'll include some pics below but will update later tonight with pictures specifically of the spots and back spring and bolsters. PM me with offers or questions. Willing to add cash.
