He is good to go as far as I am concerned.
I want to make note, I deal with a lot of guys, I cant recall a bad one. But with so many handles and names and emails, I often lose track of who is who.
So I would like to get better at giving feedback, but I often get a bit behind the curve simply because I may not know the forum name used by the customer.
