Back in December 09, I contacted Chris at empiretrainingblades.com and asked if I could have a trainer made based on the CS Safekeeper III. He wrote back saying he could make one if he had a tracing of the knife, and he quoted me a price. I said I'd let him know when I would like it made.
I contacted him again on May 1 about getting a trainer made. He gave me the same price he quoted earlier + shipping. He said it would take a week, so I figured it would be about 2 weeks total between sending the money, him making the trainer, and shipping it to me.
I sent the money out on May 3, and I got the trainer today (May 12), so it
took less time than I estimated.
The trainer is aluminum. Chris did a good job on it. It's not perfectly symmetrical (nor did I expect it to be) but it was done good enough that it fits my hand good as is.
I am satisfied with my trainer, and would recommend contacting him for your trainer needs.
