If the fit and finish I received on the whiplash is any evidence of his work as of late, then I think he is back into the swing of things.

From you I would need the knife up front before you would see any of my money. You should cut all the salesman crap, it is obvious to everyone. You make like you care about the customer but a lot of people see right through you.
 
So is your problem with Brad and or Neil? Whats the problem you have that is unresolved? Where were you wronged?

I dont think it was insulting. It was sarcastic but not insulting. Lets not start with the "respect" issue. I asked Larry repeatedly to share his issues and he just wants to post wise ass cracks. Are you his Hyena now? If by respect you mean he's been here longer and posted more, then that isn't respect. Thats just more time in front of a screen. From the comments I've seen I dont see anything that commands respect and your on your way to losing mine. Why are you starting in?

I am very sorry, but I will be unable to send you any knives without payment first. As you also know, I will not be able to accept a CC from you- only certified funds or money order. Let me know which knives you want to buy.

Re the salesman crap- in case you were not aware, I am a full time knife dealer and have been one for many years- so selling is what I do.
There is nothing for people to see right through- I am exactly what I am- a dealer (seller) of custom and producion knives.

There were 2 individuals (not more- only 2) who had a communication issue with Brad a few months ago. Based in todays news, both gentlemen have now been satisfied. I am happy to admit that I did my best to help them both and also to help Brad who was going through a rough time- thankfully, he is back in shape.

So, please let me know if there is anything I can do for you- but it will have to wait until tomrrow, as I am shutting down now- I have already missed the first 15 minutes of America's Next Top Model.

This thread is about 2 people with issues regarding Brad and his knife. The issue has been resolved on my end and as far as I heard, tautogs is being addressed also.

My interest in keeping this thread from turning into a bunch of opinions and blasting people is the reason for my "insult". Which isn't so much of an insukt as a question. Perhaps I hit a nerve.

I have only dealt with TNK once but from the way things went I would do business with him again. He followed up repeatedly as good customer service goes.

How close are you and LarryB? He's got your respect, we know that. My life will go on without his or yours though I am hoping the BS will stop.

I heard the same thing about LarryB. That he ran away when confronted. I chose not to relay that info as it isn't relevent but since you seem to btalking about face-to-face.

To be accurate- I did PM you twice last night- not today- you replied to both, told me clearly to stop bothering you and to leave you alone.

So... that is what I did- I have not contacted you (in any manner) since that time.

On a happier note, I am glad that the Brad Duncan issues have been worked out to all the parties involved. :D Resolution is a wonderful thing.
 
I called Brad with a Question and someone answered and took my info, and he called me back within the hour. He was more than willing to talk to me about his knives in great detail. I'm new here, but I can tell you he was very polite and most helpful.
