Good folding edc around 25$

Of the two you have linked, and since it must be an Amazon purchase, I would probably go with the Kershaw Clash. Kershaw has never let me down, but the CRK&T Drifter gets very good reviews at it's pricepoint. So I guess either one would suit.

Kershaw Tremor $25.29 shipped nice big knife for the price, but made in China.
Kershaw Asset $20.23 shipped also made in China.
 
The CRKT drifter is made by Sanrenmu. Should hold up good since you're now bound with Amazon gift card.

Otherwise I' go Enlan EL02 among the link mantzao posted.

I just picked up a Kershaw Asset, pretty sweet knife. I still prefer my Skyline over this but I think I got it from Buy.com which I believe you can use your Amazon gift card at Buy.com. They sometimes have some really good random deals on knives.

I think the Scamp may be the only Kershaw I really do not like. I love the G10, and the frame lock, but hate the thumbstuds and the detent combo. It is a pain to open, but maybe it is just mine. I also had to grind the other thumbstud down because it always got hung up on my pocket when I pulled it out. If this knife had a flipper (not necessarily SpeedSafe), it would be awesome. It should be noted it is fairly large also.
 
You can get either a Kershaw Tremor for 25.29 or a Ka-bar Dozier for 17.95 or if you want something alittle odd looking you can get the Ka-Bar TDI for 25.27 .
 
I would try the kershaw tremor just because it is a beast. Heavy but not to heavy. The blade is large and has a nice recurve on it sharp to. Only thing was after it was opened 10000 times or so it needed a new tortion bar
