Good headlamp?

After 4 years I upgraded my PT EOS with a SSC P4 LED. I guess it will serve me well for another 4-5 years.

Wow, never expected so many responses so fast, thanks guys. :)
Lots of options to consider, better check out candlepower forums!

I am thinking the PT Eos (no separate battery pack, I like that) and the petzl tikka xp, both are in the latest Mountain Equipment Coop magazine, I was going to order some stuff anyway.

I've been using the Petzl Tactikka XP for a couple of years now, it's everything I need in a headlamp. It has three brightness levels and strobe. I love the interchangeable lenses, I use the red lens a lot and there is room for a spare lens in a holder on the back of the band. There is also a low battery indicator LED. The lens slides away to give you the option of a spot beam, and using the uncoloured clear lens on low is great for reading.

I also carry an E+ as backup, it is usually clipped to my hat.
