We'll ship internationally, however, UPS international rates are extremely high & the customer is responsible for any customs duties. We will ship by US Postal at customer request, however if the package is lost or stolen or seized it then becomes the customer's responsibility.
Keith is correct, due to abuse in the past we can no longer accept credit cards from our international customers. Payment can be made by money order, certified check, or wire transfer.
I do realize this is inconvenient for several of our customers overseas, and apologize for this inconvenience. It was only after severe amounts of fraud that we were forced to make this decision - we only do this to continue to be able to serve our international customers.
