Goodwill store Sebenza 25!!

I've never seen good will turn down cold hard cash donations. Lots of stuff that comes into GW never gets listed or sold. My little btother lives in AK for the last 30 years and at first he worked for the Salvation Army, he told me the employees went through everything first and would price the stuff they wanted very low and hide it. At the end of the day they'd grab it and take it to the register and buy it for pennies on the dollar. He bought a pair of Bose 901 speakers for $20, a digital 8 track mixer for $40 and some nice guitars for a pretty good price too.

Seems the people moved up for the pipeline work, made tons of money, bought all kinds of expensive stuff and when they got tired of the cold and long dark days they'd leave and when they found out how much it costs to ship all their belongings to the lower 48 from AK they find it much more cost effective to donate it all to good will and right it off as a donation for a tax write-off or to reduce their taxable income when they claim it as a loss.

The old guy always told his wife that he didn’t pay much for his knives guns tools and stuff so.....
When he passed away she just boxed it up and donated it.

Just goes to show that no one but we knife connoisseurs even recognize the difference between a 40 dollar knife vs a 400 dollar knife.
I suppose that's why we populate like minded forums such as this...

I'll be glad to help you out with that problem brother, although no junk Please. :D
Haha they were total junk. A friend bought a frost cutlery bundle off of a tv infomercial so he could get the free sword and then dumped them on me. He was being nice because he knew I liked knives but had no idea they were so bad. So I just took them and said thanks.

I was at a pawnshop once and a wife brought in the husbands guns to sell- Cheap. The Beretta Shotgun was amazing- The box it was in was amazing.
