Here is one after I had it modded for tip up carry with a low rider clip. Bad lighting, it was mostly to show the clip.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I've seen that clip in other pix on the forum - is that an aftermarket 'accessory' available somewhere or did you machine the clip yourself?

If so what's the name?

Production item. The name is Clip-Draw, if I'm not mistaken. There are specific models for lots of revolvers and auto-loaders. Undo a couple of screws, insert this, tighten with the new supplied screws. Less than one minute installation time, removable whenever you want.

The D2 version is cheaper than the normal one right now at stores. I guess they weren't as popular sellers.

... its pretty simple really, D2 steel is cheaper. The D2 Para's MSRP has always been cheaper than the S30V version.

This knife looks great. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on buying one today, but I just purchased a Foliage Green Rookie from New Graham yesterday, so I don't know if it would be worth spending the money on. As LOWtec said, it's a Caly 3 clip. I ghettoed it in. I'm SURE STR could have done a MUCH better job but it works for me. I like the low carry much better.

Took about an hour to Dremel it in.
