BCCI requires a paypal account to purchase. Shame as I don't do business with Paypal. Sent the BCCI a message to see if there is another option to pay and join. Thanks for the help F FranklinG . :)
 
Now that I’m back to work and getting a regular paycheck these new models are tempting. I don’t know for sure but I imagine it will be along the March time frame before most will be available as in the past. That will give me some time to build my bank account to have some buffer. Lol. Just when I think I’m well set for knives they have to come out with some really nice ones that would be so nice to have. 😆
 
I'm with BennyBlade above. Much thanks for adding me to the mailing list this morning Larry! It is greatly appreciated. And yes, that Vanguard Pro will probably be one of my first purchases of 2023.
 
I know price increases are inevitable but more and more, the types of knives I like to collect are causing my wallet to butt clench.
There are probably a dozen knives on the bay I would love to add to my collection but exceed my hobbiest pricing mentality.
Prices for some of the new 2023 knives give me pause also.
 
Looking forward to some of the new knives to hit. Avoiding the knives that are too expensive for me. Certain 110's to be specific.

Kind of funny, its the only BOM I have, I figured I’d never have another chance at a 117 pro!

Heritage series discontinued or are they really just all oos?

Also noting that the "heritage" Vanguard is listed as " back ordered." I wonder if the heritage series is being discontinued completely, and that is the reason for the micarta version.

Took the family of 4 to a chain restaraunt last night. 2 beers, 1 drink and 4 burgers: $125.00 incl gratuity. Place was empty when we got there around 730. About 20 min outside of Boston city limits. A few college aged couples strolled in around 8. Kinda crazy.

okay I'll do it. during my break......its not all but more quick highlights of newer stuff..edit part..my photos editing messed up the 117 pro while editing...and it's a pain to fix so best I can do right now..enjoy...

If and when I get my BCCI account back I'm buying some knives.
Vanguard Pro, and that Alpha is intriguing.
The 110 is cool.

I think there's some stuff this year to get excited about.😎
 
Liking the titanium 110. Tempted to swap out to a curved clip blade to make a modern, pocketable 560.

Either that, or find a way to mount a pocket clip to my actual 560...
 
I'm glad they added the 117 to the standard 117 lineup, I will probably be getting one this year.

I'm not sure whether it's a size I would carry, but it's a newly added Buck model that I like and I feel like I'm obligated to buy one.
What kind of Buck knife lover would I be if I didn't ?

Too bad they're doing a premium type steel instead of doing 5160, but at least I love their 420hc.

The Heritage series is not listed in the 2023 price list. However, the series was/is a web exclusive so they did not appear in the 2022 catalog/price list. So.....hard to say. I hope they are not discontinued.

I would very much like to see a 117 added to the Heritage series as the D2/Cocobolo knives are an outstanding value.

Me too. I bought all the Heritage Series in 2022. They are beautiful knives. I would like to see more of the fixed blades included. Since I don't have a 117, I'll definitely have to get that, regardless of the handle.
