Well, i don't recall it exactly. I don't measure anything. It's mostly apple juice, everclear, sugar, brown sugar, a bit of rum, maybe a pack of apple cider powder all mixed up and heated together. I wouldn't know how to tell you how to make it, i just kinda do it, hehe sorry. But those are what i put in it, the ammounts of each are up to experience so give it a try. ;)

Main thing to remember when making apple pie. If you are heating it up on the stove and the fumes burn your eyes, you got too much everclear in it. :D
 
Sorry jerry, one out of two people that drink too much of my apple pie go blind. I just couldn't take that kind of chance......

Hell, since Chuck's gone all geeky over the machete he's fallen behind on his beer deliveries :rolleyes: ;)

I always tip good but since I'm set up on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday delivery schedule, I can see why he has a hard time keeping up:D

I just sent my little sister back to Tennesee with some homebrewed Traditional English Bitter and some Spiced Pumpkin Ale but I was slurpin' up my old man's Evan Williams. He got a couple Blade Show Fathers Day gifts like a SOG mini-multi tool but he doesn't have much use for a big ole Busse. He does keep a Samurai sword from WWII in the den but instead of taking it off of a dead Jap I think he won it in a poker game.

Excellent not just suds then. My daughter completed confirmation today so instead of Fosters of Pacifico it's Scotch and a cigar! :D
