There are actually still flatgrind F1s out there but they are becoming collectors items. Look for the big logo on the blade marked VG10.

If you really really must have a flatgrind F1 it can be done by a good knifesmith.

Fallkniven recommends a good ol' whetstone and I can do that.

As far as having more Fallkniven blades, I wouldn't pass up a bargain, but I doubt I'll add more fixed blades. One of those powder steel folders would be nice.... Too bad they don't make one with thumbstuds.
