Got my sarsquatch + mashed cat today! Now to get rid of decarb

That is a super nice job on the sarq. I am impressed. That will make a great blade for whatever your needs may be.

Thanks, that means a lot coming from you as I'm really envious as the job you did. Mine still pales in comparison to the ones i've seen you do, hopefully i'll get better.

If the chance to get a steel heart had not have came up, I would have held on to mine.

That full convex edge has so much potential for sharpness its almost unreal. I could cut the print out of a news paper with mine. and I am no super man with an edge. I can only imagine what some one with the proper tools and abilities can do with that amazing blade.

Just dont get bit! It may leave a mark.

Thanks man, it makes a hell of a kitchen slicer now, paper thin slices of anything I want. I'm gonna do a little more grinding on it to smooth out the satin a bit more, then today I'm going to rework my NMFBM a bit and get it more like my sar.

It's a freakin' ton of work, but it's fun. I keep getting a little bit better, so it's fun seeing what I can come up with. When I started on my original ASH, i mucked it up bad and had to send it out to nate to fix the finish, now I stopped destroying knives. I have a whole pile of cheap knives i've wrecked on my grinder before I went on to my Busses.
