I bought an AFCK from him for a GREAT price. He didn't get it in the mail exactly when he said he would (not that I noticed or was bothered by it) and when he discovered it hadn't shipped on his self-imposed schedule he Express mailed it to me!
I was really surprised when the postman came down the driveway with the Express package on Saturday morning...I was a little afraid to open it because I couldn't think of anything that would be coming by Express Mail!
To me this is an example of a guy who cares so much about his reputation and how he handles his business that he will go above and beyond reasonable expectations to make things right. Keep in mind I didn't ask him to do this, and hadn't even inquired about whether the knife had shipped!
I can tell you with 100% confidence that heekma is one guy I won't hesitate to deal with again!
