I had botched an order over the phone last week to GP knives by giving them the wrong part #. After realizing the mistake I made, I shot them an after hours email hoping to they'd catch it before it shipped out. On their down day they did catch it and fixed my order and promptly emailed me back letting me know that everything was now in order. :thumbup:
I'm a regular customer with GP Knives and this is just another example of their outstanding service.:)
