I got a Grayman Mega Pounder--and REALLY liked it---

BUT the grip was not to my liking...Felt it could be better for my hand.

I E-Mailed Mike Grayman and asked him if he could modify it like a Bill Siegle knife I had-????

-He said "send it back--and I"ll fix you up":D

That type of Customer Service means a lot to me.

If you want a TOUGH BAD A$$ knife--look at Grayman.

The Knives are TOUGH--the man that makes them is GREAT at customer service AFTER the sale.

MIKE is great to deal with!!!!!!(took less than 2 weeks to get it back--more like 10 days)

HERE IS THE WARRANTY

Your Warranty goes like this:
Free sharpening anytime. You pay postage to me, and I'll sharpen her up and send her right back. If you break it (yeah right) send it back and I'll fix or replace it post haste. If you don't like it because it's ugly (like me), or your wife hates it, or the little voices in your head tell you to send it back, zip it back to me for a prompt refund. If you sell it, give it away, or will it to a family member or fave charity, the warranty goes with it
