indeed, he is very "Customs" friendly 
i always sometimes have to wait between 10 to 15 days until Belgium customs decide wether it are "tools", "garden equipment", "knives", or "collectables". Each has a different VAT and importtax, so it's always a surprise how much it costs in the end!! This one costed anything extra!!
