:thumbdn::thumbdn: I had a real bad experience with this company. The operator is a LIAR and CHEAT, and a overall POS. Stay far away.
I did search here, but it showed up nothing. After I ordered, and started having trouble, I checked the hall of shame, and there he was, and my blood ran cold. So I want to list here in the Title to help others. Here is my tale of woe, copied and pasted right from the over 2 weeks of emails, before he stopped answering:

Just wanted to check if the knives went out yesterday as promised. I apologize for being a pest, but these are presents for our two teenage sons, and my wife asks me every day. She is worried that they will not get her in time. I told her not to worry, but she thinks it is her job to hound me. :)

3-30-09 - Told they would ship tommorrow
4-1-09 - Told they would ship today.
4-4-09 - Got only one of the knives
4-4-09 - You told me the Kiwi shipped the next day.
4-13-09 Still no knife. Still no tracking number. Still no responce from you. This is a poor way to do business. You lied. Please refund the money for the Kiwi.

I cannot send a partial refund through the dispute console. If you want the Kiwi still, I can assure you that it will be dropshipped with tracking numbers within 24 hours.

I am not Andrew and am simply accepting payments at this time. I can however initiate drop shipments and after confirming stock, there are 3 available at my disposal for drop shipping. If this is satisfactory, please accept my apologies on behalf of Andrew Kunz and I will assure you get your product shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail within the next 24 hours.

Truth be told, I am not sure why it had to come to this.

Basically what happened is that I had agreed to take payments via PayPal for a store which I do business with from time to time. I have my own store and do things a little differently. I had been out of town and when I got back, I had a few disputes opened on things he had sold.

I will be putting the order in tonight to have it drop shipped and it will go out tomorrow. Because my dropshipper is on the west coast, it may actually go out today. As soon as they update me with the tracking numbers, I will add them here for your assurance.

I encourage you to close the dispute once you have tracking information as it will be up to the post office to deliver and it will be coming USPS Priority.

Thank you. And again, I am sorry that he treated you like this, but I will make sure you get your blade and I will deal with Andrew from my end.

When I get the knife, or the refund, I will only then close this dispute. I have been lied to enough. I do not know how you are related to the seller, or how you "do things a little different", but they are wrong, and I am sorry that I stumbled upon this. I notice, that as of this time, I still have no tracking number. More lies I suspect.

Excuse you. I told you I would give information as I get it. And let me set the record straight. I am not related to the seller. I don't care how you thing about how I do things, because I gave you result within 24 hours, and if you want to suspect that it is a lie, escalate the claim and I will simply file a fraudulent dispute claim against you.

I am not saying these things to be rude, but just give it some time. The USPS is not next day service and it went out today like I had said. The post office doesn't update their site in real time as I don't have the ability to update in real time as well. By tomorrow sometime I am sure the Track and Confirm from the post office will have updated and give you more information.

Until then, I request that you not accuse me of false things and jump to allegations that are only going to be disproved in a few days.

As for Andrew and your original dispute, complaint, and order... That is all out of my hands, but hey, isn't it nice to know that I have taken over what you didn't get and made sure it happened? I suggest complaining about him to ProStores as that is where his store is set up through.


I finally got my knife, and closed the dispute, but what a hassle, to say the least!

Here was my last entry:

You are upset because of who you associated yourself with. But then again, birds of a feather....
Finally got what I paid for weeks ago. It is a shame that it had to come to this. Tell your buddy Andrew, thanks for nothing. I will warn others about this scheme.

There are other threads documenting that this guy is a con artist. He conned me on ebay, but I got my $ back.
 
There have been so many dissatisfied customers that GKGP is now in the "Hall of Shame".
 
At least when you type in their name and search, some other references come right up on the first page saying how bad they are to deal with. That's bound to hurt business!:D
 
Andrew is a liar and thoroughly dishonest business person. He deserves to have his business fail as he has failed so many people.
