I recently had a problem with a Buck 196, the scale had warped and pulled away from the tang. I called Buck and got the pertinent info on what to do and sent it in. I also made contact with Joe Houser here on the forum since i had a couple of questions.I believe this has been my second contact with mr houser and he is a great guy to deal with. It's nice to see a company back their product the way Buck does and give the personal attention the way Mr Houser does. Great product with great service i'll be buying more Bucks. ahgar
