Great service from Buck

Early this year, I picked up a Buck 703 small stockman. It was a real beauty, but I was dismayed to later read in an article in Knife World that early 703's had problems with the backsprings. Well, I hoped that mine wasn't one of those, but unfortunately, it happened. Contacted Buck, and they said they would exchange my 703 with one of their new 303GY models. I sent my 703 off less than two weeks ago, and was astonished to find a brand new 303 in my PO Box yesterday afternoon. Great little knife, maybe too little for me, but I was astounded at their service. Great turnaround. They even put a little 25% off card for online purchases in the box for me!
