I recently purchased a Gerber LMF II. I ordered it through Knifecenter and had quick shipping and good service. When I got the knife the retaining strap on the sheath that wraps around the knife handle was really tight. Like using two hands to snap it tight. I emailed Gerber about it and recieved a quick reply to send in the nylon webbing from the sheath for a replacement. About two weeks later I get a whole new sheath, leg straps, hard plastic sheath with the sharpener and the whole nine yards. I am really pleased with how Gerber handled this for me. Alot of times they take a beating on the forums but my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I look forward to putting my LMF II through it's paces knowing that Gerber will back me up if needed. Thanks for reading.
