I needed to send a Microtech to the factory for a new blade and grip inserts. Karl Young stepped in and took care of business. Even though I did not buy the knife from him, Karl went out of his way to help me with MY problem. He sent it back for me. I will be buying my next Microtech from Karl! Thanks again Karl!

I agree, I was looking for a somewhat,hard to find knife. Karl not only found the knife for me, he went out of his way to keep me informed as the transaction took place, and then shipped the knife to me while he was out of town on business. Thanks again Karl!!
