I know Tom's name pops up here a lot as Good, and my experience with his company was nothing short of outstanding. After receiving my RC-3 from CRKS, I noticed it was the wrong blade type. I called the number listed on the website (this is my favorite part) and I got Tom. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated that if i mailed the knife back, he would mail me the correct blade style as soon as the original returned. Well, within 4 days of sending him the original, I received the correct knife and $cash$ to cover my shipping expense (now this may not be protocol, but it sure was nice.) No headaches, no problems. I'm so glad to see customer service like his still exists. Other industries could learn a thing or two from the fine folks i've dealt with here at BF. Kudos again to Tom and Chestnut Ridge Knife Shop! :thumbup::thumbup:
