Green Beret Knife - SHEATH

The sheath pics are so dark I can barely see them. You may wish to consider using a flash-bulb.

Best regards,

JB :)

Pics came out fine on my comp....maybe your settings may need adjusting...has happened when someone else messes with my comp.

I think perhaps Jeep is correct. Photos are fine on my comp as well. Have posted others in different spots that worked too.

The GB's I have had run through me have had sheaths that were not sloppy. The sheaths give some movement when the knife is not inserted completely. My personal GB does not have play in it when it is in the sheath. This seems to be the first sheath problem we have heard about. The sheath is made by a third party and the problem was not noticed and got out. CRK WILL make it right! The sheath is no way in the same class as the beckers...and the becker is not bad, the looseness has several "fixes" if you like a tighter fit. I have both.
Also are you sure that blackhawk is/was not modified by the factory to the sizes that the GB is? The fit on mine is "spot on" for edge to spine and blade thickness. Do YOU own ANY CRK or do you just like to drag them into anything you can ? The issues you bring up have all been a "well he said" "they did" or a "someone who did something goofy was using a CRK".... NONE of you accusations have been in the first party. Last month it was dragging them into gov't testing and this month it is a "problem" with a third party sheath that was/is a fluke at this point. Yes they provide the sheath BUT they will make it right. The sheath was also chosen because of the need for it to meet milspec and Blackhawk is a reputable military supplier with a great reputation, though they can have a mistake here and there like anyone else, they also will make it right. Are you a living example of perfection- never making a mistake. IT is how things are handled WHEN- NOT IF things go wrong that seperate the best from the rest. Please come back to the forum and join in at times when you don't seem so quick to well... anyhow please come back and ask questions and join discussions at times other than you have been....
Jackboots MO is to stir up the $hit with a he said or she said or I heard Or it was posted remark get everyone stired up and move on. Go back and read some of his posts and see for your self.A thread was locked on the BUCK forum and the same scenerio played out about S.O.G's in the SOG forum. There are more. There is a name for what he's doing I cant think of it's uh er............ CJ Buck shut this thread down. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=237805 because he was making derogatory remarks about Bucks and farmers. He was told and then he posts and try's to start it up again here with the Buck 110 is a farmers knife: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=1992253#post1992253 Allot of small petty things add up to one big pile ...........

The sheath Pic are fine I had no problem seeing them.He is just trying to stir it up since the sheath remark didnt go anywhere. He posts a remark and ends it with regards or something to that effect to take the some of the punch out of it and make it seem almost civil.I only point this out to bring it to your attention so we can just ignore him.I am sure allot of you have already seen it.......R

Blackeye,

Thanks for the heads up

Andrew,

Thanks! How many dozen do you need?

BTW, the GB is the first "stock" I've acquired so those units can be ordered without sending a knife.

Take care,

Oku
