Groomsmen Knives are DONE!!

Nathan,

I can't think of a more picturesque place for a honey moon than Kauai. You two have a blast!!!

All the best, Phil

Man Nathan, that is a beautiful bunch of knives! You went all out and your hard work and caring really shows. That's a very lucky wedding party. I wish you and your lady all the best, always.

looks like the best man gets iron wood

But holy moly! I'm ROTHLMAO!! It's too early in the day (7:00 a.m.) for stuff like that! :D I can't quit laughing... Make it stop! :D

Hey, Bob. Right now I am not taking orders, but if you'd like, I can put you on a list and give you a call when I am caught up. And thanks for the interest and for reminding me that my two year anniversary is coming up in a few months. :D Just kidding...I don't need any reminder for that. ;)

I have your number down, so I'd suggest editing your post and removing it for the sake of privacy.

Talk to you later!

Haha, actually the bachelor party went off without a hitch. I'm not much of a wild man.

Patrice, you should definitely give kydex a go. It's great stuff to work with. Just don't burn it up to a curled up crisp in the oven. Gotta watch that stuff.

Keep in mind, everyone, that this thread is almost two years old. :D

Ahh the memories. This was the Wip i used to make my first knife. Thanks again Nathan!. And thanks rackley for bringing back the thread from the dead.

Nathan I am a little dense sometimes (ok most of the times :(). I don't see how the clips can be changed for horizontal carry.

Patrice, look at the thrid picture from the top. That picture shows the back of the sheath. The clip is attached to the oval piece of kydex that is screwed to the sheath with Chicago screws (which stabilizes the clip). The hole pattern on the sheath and clip piece is a 2" pattern, so the rivets in the sheath are basically a 2" square. I can unscrew the oval piece with the clip from the sheath, and reorient it 90 degrees and secure it there for horizontal carry.
