Groundhogs Day Batch

Andy,
is the burlap edc available? I'll take it if so. Would make a nice little brother for my burlap bushy :D)

Sorry guys, the EDC is for an order. I can make more though if y'all'd like!

These are for an order. My Bushcrafter, and Ladyfinger both in Scandi with penetrator tips.

G'day Andy

Looks great on a Terassaur also.

I appologise if the specs for the Terassaur has been posted before, but what are the specs for this one (with the "fatter") handles.

Would you produce a Terassaur (with this thick handle) with a convex grind instead of the scandi?

Also for future reference, is it possible to order one of your blades (with a dangler sheath) through Derrick at KSF?

2010 may just be the year I get my first fiddleback :D

Thanks in advance

Kind regards
Mick

Per my conversations with Joe, the Terassaur is supposed to be offered with both grinds. So, yes, I can take an order for one with a convex grind. The blade is 4.5" long and the handle is right there also, so its a 9" ish knife. I can take an order any way you want the knife (but not flat or hollow (shudder) grind, and of course, no damn choil).

I'm really glad you like it!!!

My wife and I are taking our 2 youngest children with us for the first time on an Anniversary outing. We will be at a place where there is a great firepit area, and these will be broken in teaching the family some skills. I can't quit looking at these Andy, they look perfect. Especially for the occasion.

The good news, this one showed up today:

The bad news, for whatever reason, the USPS chose to leave a note saying they tried to deliver it rather than knocking on the door and giving it to the wife:jerkit:

Now I have to go to the damn PO to pick it up:grumpy: I guess another day waiting won't kill me, but it sucks nonetheless.

Man, that is a bummer! Can you do some kind of review when you do get the knife? I have either a boot knife or an EDC on order and I still can't decide which one to get.

That stinks. I don't check the 'requires signature' box so this won't happen. Sorry JC.

I noticed the delivery confirmation shows that it was insured, which may cause the USPS to only give it to a physical person. The odd part is that our dog goes crazy when the Mailman comes. Bailey is usually napping during this time, which was also the case today, so my wife pets our dog to keep her from barking and waking Bailey. So basically my wife saw the mailman put mail in our box and only found the "we tried to deliver your package" card when she went out to get the mail later. Sadly, our house is maybe 25 ft off the road, so the mail person was THAT lazy to not walk to the door.

Oh man, I'm waiting on a couple right now, so I feel your pain! Guvment employees, sheesh! :) Can't wait to hear what you think of it, I gotta add a Boot Knife to my order someday.

Man, what the hell. That wasn't a large box that won't fit into mailboxes. (it fit into my standard sized one)

I'm going to stop insuring packages. I sold 176 knives last year, and it was over $500 bucks for insurance. Meanwhile narry a package was lost. I can personally insure your packages, and bank the funds.

That's insurance for you. You can tell that you don't need it by the very fact that the insurance companies are making money. You gotta save for your own expenses, though, and most folks aren't willing to do that. Fiddleback Forge has been cutting into my savings lately! :)
