Yeah idk if I'll move them. I was getting a lot of overtime and just kept buying them. Unless he makes something bigger or a kukri I'll keep them.
 
I ordered a 12! For the price, I couldn't pass it up. That's s huge slab on 3v. With the typical blade geometry Survive knives are known for, this blade should be a monster of a chopper. While I would never sell mine, I have a funny feeling you will see these going for a substantial mark up on the secondary market.
 
I have been on the fence about pre-ordering 1 of these for months. If I knew there was a 3v hatchet coming down the road that would be my 1st choice.
The gso12 looks like it will be a great chopper and it would sure look good with the matching 3.5 and 7/7!

Get a 12 :D

There has been a hatchet mentioned, but really only hinted at. From when renderings of the 12 were released, I'm guessing it will be at least a year from release to products to customers. I'd guess the hatchet is, at most, a sketch somewhere in the shop. Because of the timeline of that being reality you'd have plenty of time to decide and save up for the hatchet if you got the 12 now. So get a 12!
 
I had kind of discounted this blade, as I would rather have a kukri style in this size range...but due to this thread I went and looked at it again and realized this basically is a kukri sans the recurve! I will likely still wait until live pictures come out to decide, but this realization has piqued my interest!
 
I love the design of the 12. Sweet cant to the handle and angle of the blade and still totally maintaining a straight cutting edge. Since I'm lazy and I suck at sharpening I don't get along with recurves.
 
The 12 for me will likely be glued to me once it's out. No more than a unzip of a pack away. I take my gso 10 literally everywhere already. You never know when you're gonna need to hack up some terminators honestly.

Tinbanger, after 2 weeks you can close your previous thread and open a new thread in the "for sale" areas to put it at the top. "Bump" has been disabled in those areas, so closing and re-opening is the only way to ensure that folk perusing the sale-sections come across your thread early/often. :thumbup: I had to hunt (i.e. use the search-function) to find your Fiddleback thread, not everyone is going to do that...
