I am not trying to sell any of my work here. I am gauging interest in a machining project. I want to see the interest in modifying a spy capsule to hold a ferro rod.
The idea would be to take a spy capsule a little over 1/2 inch in diameter by 2 inches long and add a 3/16th ferrocerium rod 2 inches long.
I made a mock up of one below.
Pricing would be 25 dollars shipped as seen below. A simple fob could be added in the choice of colors by the purchaser for 30 dollars shipped total.
Perhaps a simple wrist fob with a fixture that would wrap around the ferro sheath.
Here is the mock up:
Here is an example of my fob work:
Please let me know any feedback you might have - and let me know if you would be willing to purchase one at the prices mentioned above.
I have found a lazer etcher and a WFF / BF run might be possible in the future.
Again - I am NOT trying to sell these - but if I get enough interest - I will get a Gold account and sell them on this board.

I can add a simple 550 cord Lanyard (perhaps with a boatswain whistle knot and a fixture) to wrap around the base of a sheath holder or
